Questions
Is this the town hall's website?
No. Sin-Agua.es is an independent residents' project. Official notices about water cuts are published by Álora town hall on its own channels. In an emergency, call 112.
Why does the water go off in Álora after heavy rain?
After heavy rain, the water reaching Álora's intakes can turn muddy. The supply is then cut or declared unfit to drink until it clears, as happened in October 2024 and March 2025.
Is my address shown on the map?
No. The exact spot is stored so the report is useful, but the public map only shows the approximate area.
How long does it take?
About 20 seconds, and you don't need an account.
What do I do when the water comes back?
Tap "Water is back" on your report or your area's. That way the map records how long the cut lasted.
